| The Little Company of Mary 23rd Annual Golf Tournament will be held on two beautiful courses, Palos Verdes Golf Club and Rolling Hills Country Club. Foursomes will have the opportunity to choose between "Shamble" or �best ball� format. Enjoy full use of the club�s facilities, a delicious barbecue luncheon, valuable tee prizes, and the opportunity to win several luxurious raffle items. Cap off the day with a fun-filled evening cocktail party, dinner and awards banquet at Palos Verdes Golf Club immediately following the tournament. Proceeds benefit[ed DELETE] the community outreach and charitable care programs of Little Company of Mary Hospital and Little Company of Mary-San Pedro Hospital. | This three-hour course teaches lay rescuers in the skills of CPR and relief of foreign body airway obstruction for infant victims (birth - 1 yr.) and child victims (1-8 yrs.). It also presents information on pediatric infant & child chain of survival, signs of choking, prevention of sudden infant death syndrome, and prevention of the most common fatal injuries in infants and children. There will be plenty of time to practice skills on manikins. Participants will NOT take a written exam. A booklet is included in the course fee. Participants will not receive a course certification card.
INTENDED AUDIENCE: Lay rescuers, such as expectant parents, parents of infants and children, babysitters, and other laypersons who want to learn rescue skills for loved ones. |
