| New Little Company of Mary Board Members Announced |

Torrance, CA---Four South Bay residents have been added to the Little Company of Mary (LCM) Service Area Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2001. The announcement was made by incoming Board Chairman Don Mehlig.
The new directors are:
William (Bill) DeMucci, President of Titron Media Co., who has served on the San Pedro Peninsula Hospital Foundation Board for the past seven years and is a past Board Chair; Suzi Gulcher, who has Co-Chaired the Little Company of Mary Mission Committee since 1993 and is a member of both the LCM Bioethics Committee and the Corporate Ethics Team; Chuck Miller, Owner of Aztec Rents and Sells, Inc., who has served on the LCMH Foundation Board since 1988 and is a past Chair of the LCMH Foundation Board; and Robert (Bob) Nagelhaut, President of Health Management Systems� Systems Division and who has served on the LCM Strategic Planning Committee since 1995.
Mehlig assumes the title of Board Chairman from Carol Pacini, L.C.M., who has served as Chairperson of the Board since 1994.
