Joseph M. Zanetta Named Executive Director of Little Company of Mary Community Health Foundation

Torrance, CA � Joseph M. Zanetta, Esq., has assumed the duties of Executive Director of Little Company of Mary Community Health Foundation. Zanetta, who has over twenty years of fund-raising experience, joined Little Company of Mary on January 14, 2002.

His responsibilities will be to oversee the fundraising activities for both Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance and Little Company of Mary � San Pedro Hospital. This work is accomplished through the management of the Foundation Board of Trustees and various fundraising committees. �I am delighted to join the Foundation at such an exciting time,� said Zanetta. �We are fortunate to have such a dedicated group of volunteers and donors who support the organizations.�

Prior to joining Little Company of Mary, Zanetta served as Vice President, Institutional Advancement for Mount St. Mary�s College in Los Angeles. His previous fundraising experience was at Whittier College where he served as Vice President for Advancement, the University of Southern California where he held several fundraising positions, including Executive Director, Office of External Affairs School of Business Administration, and Cornell University where he directed the West Coast Regional Office located in Torrance.

Zanetta received his Bachelors of Science and law degree from Cornell University, located in Ithaca, New York. Presently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Holy Family Services Adoption Agency, the Pasadena Enterprise Center, and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education District Board. A resident of Pasadena, he is also an active member in many civic and community organizations.

Little Company of Mary, a member of the Providence Health System, is a not-for-profit, integrated health care system comprised of more than 30 health care sites throughout the greater South Bay, Harbor and Palos Verdes Peninsula communities of Southern California.
