| Mike Clark Named Vice President, Planning & Business Development, for Little Company of Mary Health Services |

Mike Clark, a 30-year health care industry veteran, was named Vice President, Planning and Business Development, for Little Company of Mary Health Services. The announcement was made by Blair Contratto, Chief Executive Officer of Little Company of Mary Health Services and is effective immediately.
Clark�s responsibilities will include overseeing strategic planning, business development, marketing, community relations, community outreach and community education for Little Company of Mary.
Prior to this appointment, Clark served for 18 years as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Glendale Memorial Hospital in Glendale, California. While there, he played an integral part in that organization�s continuous increase in market share and was a driving force in attaining national recognition for its heart program. He was also heavily involved in the local community, including serving as president of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce.

Clark is a graduate of Whittier College and is a member of the American Marketing Association and the American Hospital Association. He has been married for 33 years, has two grown daughters and lives in Cerritos. |
