It's a group of more than 40 Primary Care Physicians dedicated to providing the highest quality medical care in the community. Comprised of family practitioners, internal medicine physicians and pediatricians, the Medical Institute of Little Company of Mary has 12 neighborhood locations. For residents of the Torrance, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, San Pedro, Carson, Palos Verdes Peninsula or surrounding communities, there is a convenient location nearby to deliver the highest level of personalized, professional care.
The Medical Institute of Little Company of Mary was founded in 1996, when its physicians entered into a partnership with Little Company of Mary Health Services to create a not-for-profit medical foundation. As part of the partnership, each physician has committed to meeting the health needs of the community while embracing the Mission of the congregation of the Sisters of Little Company of Mary.
Many of the physicians of the Medical Institute of Little Company of Mary work and live in the South Bay and are genuinely committed to giving back to the community. Whether it is through wellness education, supporting local events, providing free health screenings or participating in health fairs at local businesses, the Institute strives to make the South Bay a healthier place to live and work. Its facilities are conveniently located throughout the South Bay, from single doctor's offices and small group practices to its CareStations.
