JOB TITLE: MARKETING COORDINATOR - COMMUNITY LIASION

JOB PROFILE: Exciting opportunity for relationship-motivated professional. The Marketing Coordinator - Community Liaison must have excellent communication skills and be well-connected in the South Bay medical communities. Qualifications

JOB TITLE: MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Our Organization is currently accepting applications for an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team.

Primary duties will include but are not limited to:

Preparing and maintaining exam rooms in a clean and orderly manner
Taking patient chief complaints
Assisting physicians with a wide range of tasks that are related to patient care
Contacting pharmacies with new medication and/or order changes as directed
Drawing blood, giving injections, and performing EKG's, holter monitors, and treadmill exams
Familiarity with laboratory testing and coding

REQUIREMENTS:

At least two years experience as a medical assistant preferably in a family practice/internal medicine setting
Knowledge of medical terminology
Electronic Medical Records proficiency
The desire to work in a fast pace environment
The ability to communicate clearly to patients and fellow staff members both verbally and in writing

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

A High School Diploma or GED
A Medical Assistant Certificate/Diploma
A valid CPR card

Medical Assistant primary duties:
